Above all else, your time with us is designed to be relaxing. Time when you can get together with your colleagues and explore important issues affecting your organisation, new strategies and initiatives or simply enjoy some time together as a team. There will be no 'team-building' exercises or other gung-ho activities that you may have come to expect on this type of break. We may coax you to go ashore and walk for a while or let you take a dram in a remote pub, otherwise we think that simply exposing you to the delight of the Hebrides should be enough to rejuvinate the grey matter.

If you have any specific objectives that you'd like to achieve, then we'll gladly work with you beforehand to ensure that there is a structure to your cruise that you can work around. If you would like specific input, then we can tap into business support networks to ensure that we can secure the right person to guide you and your team during your time with us.
