Chalice

Chalice was our first small ship which we sold in November 2009.

Chalice became a veteran of the passage to St Kilda and was well known around the Hebrides for her distinctive style and the ability to turn up just about anywhere! Her classic style and generous layout made her a comfortable and seaworthy vessel that became well-loved by many guests - not to mention us! The most unusual thing about Chalice is that her hull and decks are all concrete, or ferrocement, a fact that astounded most people who sailed with us.

Highland Tiger

Yes! now we offer day trips and shorter expeditions !!

Safehaven Wildcat Highland Tiger in a tight turnNew to us for the 2011 season is our power catamaran "Highland Tiger". We chose the 'cat' for its ability to to provide a more stable and comfortable ride, with a spacious deck along with comfortable heated wheelhouse where there are galley and toilet facilities.

Fully equiped with an array of the latest safety and navigation equipment and fitted with twin 440HP inboard deisel engines, Highland Tiger is the perfect transport for you you to enjoy a fantastic day out amongst islands and wildlife. We've purposely limited the number of passengers we can carry to twelve, so that the boat is not crowded and you can enjoy the wide-open space around you. Although we'll not be charging everywhere at high speed, we've got the ability to cover longer distances swiftly, with less time spent travelling and more time for you to enjoy the scenery and the wildlife.
